I know that this list can seem very overwhelming. As you can see there are many areas of self development. Were there some that you found particularly interesting?

People who have gone through some sort of personal development exploration have found benefits in the above areas and more….

For example my journey has led me to explore many of the above desires. If you look closely at the topics above you will see that there are some for the physical body, some on emotions, some on mental aspects and some on spiritual development. (The holistic model)

Of course, how we show up on the physical is shown in our business or career. There is so much more of who we are behind each of our businesses. As many of you have realized already people buy you first before they buy your business. So all the more reason to pay attention to your own personal development as our buyers are looking for depth, a ‘real’ person when they interact with you.

So back to my journey. I became an entrepreneur in my twenties. I learned very early the traditional job workplace was not for me. One of my passions was health and so I became a health practitioner. I found the quickest way in and jumped on that vehicle. That opened doors to many others and I traveled all over picking up other courses that would widen my exposure into the holistic health field.

Maybe because I was attracted to health, that opened the door to both personal and spiritual development. So I became a regular at various programs that led me to further growth in those extensive areas.

Of course since this was a business, I learned quickly that I had to develop those skills as well. Some of the learning was trial and error and sometimes it was through various classes.

I can say that all the programs I have attended gave me one more piece in my desire to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Through this entire journey I learned that having an open mind and a willingness to learn is essential.

So are you ready to explore what you are looking for? If so, stay tuned.

  1. Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get four emails with the identical comment. Is there any manner you’ll be able to remove me from that service? Thanks!

Hi Cherryl, I am not sure why that is happening. Which post did you comment on? I don’t see a record here of you having ever left a comment..When you get this email, is there an option perhaps at the bottom that allows you to opt out of receiving future comments?
